SunsOut Forest Friends 1000 pc Jigsaw Puzzle

How do I get IN touch with someone regarding this puzzle? I got the puzzle in & the box was open not sealed it has 3 defective pieces & it’s missing 1 piece

I decided to count the pieces before I put it together in case I had to immediately return it. Now, given that it's not together yet, it may turn out fine, but the piece count I came up with - three times - was 900. I won't know if it's complete until I put it together, and I'm hoping that since it's 900 even that it turns out fine, but still, 900 is not "1000" as advertised (and the box only says "approx. 1000 pcs"). If I get it done and it's complete, I'll update this and let everyone know.

This was a beautiful puzzle! The colors were vibrant and the overall finished product was wonderful. My grandparents loved it!One thing that was confusing about the assembly of this puzzle, is that the legs of the deer were not separated like in the picture. In fact, they were fused together with images that didn't appear on the box cover. Strange.

This is a fun puzzle for adults as well as kids. I gave this as a present and it was well received.
