A perfect walking companion.
This does exactly what I wanted it to do. It holds my water bottle, my keys, my phone, and my glasses. I can walk hands-free which I prefer. It's comfortable, easily accessible, and lightweight. It is well made and will probably last longer than I will. I consider it money well spent.

I so badly want to give this 5 stars..
Now just because I'm giving it 4 stars doesn't mean I don't highly recommend this; it's wonderful and I DO recommend this running belt! There's just a couple of "downfalls" that will not impact everyone, but are annoying enough that I couldn't bring myself to give it 5 stars. 4.5 is probably quite accurate. First off, the good.. and there's a lot to love about this. It has literally played a direct role in helping me run more comfortably, run longer and have a better running time. Prior to this, I was either A.) not running with water (which in Florida means pretty short runs) or B.) Carrying a water bottle in my hand (or pockets) while I run, which was awkward, annoying and inconvenient (especially with the water bottles I was using, where I was having to stop to drink because I didn't have a "squirt into your mouth" bottle initially either). Being able to hold the water bottle on my hip (therefore keeping my hands and pockets free) make for a much more comfortable run. It also allows me to carry a bit more water because I can fit a bit larger of a water bottle in the belt than I would tend to carry with me when I had to carry it. This belt has also taken my iPhone out of my hands/pocket (and I don't have to wear a wrap around my arm to carry it either and make it less accessible) and prevents it from moving/shifting in my pocket/potentially falling out of my pocket when I pick up speed. It has a wonderful tiny pocket that I typically keep a $5 bill in (just incase I run by a place that sells water on a day that I maybe have drank more water than anticipated) and a couple of running gels. When I first got the belt, it felt pretty comfortable around my waist and really freed up my runs. Now, for the "downsides"... these downsides will not bother everyone but they do me. I typically run with AirPods (any sort of wireless headphones will take away the issue I'm about to mention) but there have been a couple occasions where I have misplaced my AirPods temporarily, wether it be someone borrowing them, not being able to find them when I need them or simply going somewhere for a weekend trip and not taking them with me. I have an iPhone XR; the iPhone fits in the belt pocket beautifully when there's no wires connected to it. When I have to use my wired headphones, though, it becomes a problem. The iPhone XR only fits in a specific way (you have to put the port-side in first) and run the wires over the phone and out of the top of the pocket. It doesn't easily go in or out of the pocket which, after numerous runs, becomes quite annoying (especially not being able to close the pocket all of the way). My MAIN issue is about the belt itself; there's a piece of plastic that you weave the velcro belt though when adjusting it to your size. In less than a month, the fabric that holds the hard plastic is scrunching on itself, meaning the plastic rectangle piece moves... and it moves a lot. When this shift happens, the belt loosens up a fair amount and falls down my waist some, at one point dropping far enough that it hit my thighs and I lost most of my balance. Due to this, after a few weeks of running comfortably, I now have to decide on either wearing it too tight or wearing it too loose, neither of which is very comfortable. This could be simply a "I got a faulty belt" and nobody else has this problem... but it's annoying enough and it loosens in my runs enough that I can't not mention it and knock it down from a 5 star rating. However... the pros absolutely outweigh the cons. It's an incredible product; do some research; I do recommend it!

EXACTLY What I Needed!
Finding this belt was an answer to prayer! It seems like about 30% of the time I buy stuff from Amazon, it's a disappointment -- the product isn't what it promised to be, it doesn't work the way it was supposed to, something is missing, it doesn't look like the picture, or there is something annoying about it that wasn't disclosed. About 60% of the time, the product is acceptable, but it's meh. And then there is a golden 10% in which I find a product that actually meets and exceeds my expectations and fills a real need. This was one of those golden few products. This belt was exactly as described and the fit is perfect whether you have a size 42" waist or a 22" waist. (After measuring it, it seems the maximum waist size this belt could comfortably fit is 48".) And they're right -- there is absolutely "no bounce" once it's strapped across your waist. In other words, it doesn't ride up and down and the water bottle doesn't slosh around and slip out of place. Plus the pocket is large enough to fit my large cell phone and its full wrap-around portfolio case (6" L x 3.25" W). And in addition, there is a smaller pocket to fit my house key. Pulling out the water bottle to take a quick gulp without having to stop is easy and so is returning it to its secure place. I began searching for this product because I was getting thirsty. It's summer and I was starting to be able to walk 2 or more miles at a time. The only thing that kept me from going longer distances was that I was getting thirsty! I couldn't see carrying an actual water bottle with me, when I was trying to walk as fast as I could. Plus my hands are very small and kind of weak after having carpal tunnel surgery done on them many years ago. I needed a way to be able to access water without having to carry it in my hand or have it strapped to my hand. After being obese and uncomfortable in my skin for several years (BMI 34), I got fed up with my body and finally started getting serious about eating smaller portions, eating healthier food, and actually working out! That was 18 months ago. I am now within 6 pounds of my goal weight and went from a size 16 jeans to a size 6 (BMI now 25). I started walking. At first I walked to the dog park exactly 1/4 mile from my house. I huffed and puffed and had to stop and bend over frequently because my back was hurting so much. Took me 50 minutes to walk the 1/4 mile and back. But I stuck with it and the walking got easier. I started pushing myself beyond the dog park. But I got bored. I'm always tuned into news and other media when I'm at home. I thought if I had some way to listen to something while I walk, it would be easier. DUH! Suddenly it dawned on me that my phone could be used for exactly that purpose. (Sorry, technology takes a while to catch up with this 40+-something-year-old!) I realized if I had something to keep my mind focused and occupied while walking, I might actually walk longer. So I downloaded an app for NPR and CNN and some podcast apps. Suddenly I was looking forward to walking and working out! The only obstacle then was the thirst. What could I do to be able to easily carry water AND my phone? That's when I found this belt. It is wonderful and I have enjoyed several 3.6-to-4.0-mile walks ever since.

Excellent middle distance running belt.
Love this belt. You can tell it was designed by people who run. This belt is ideal for medium distance like 10 miles without access to water. Longer distance if you can refill during your run. The goods: Adjustable velcro with a removable end piece so you can cut it to fit your size. The velcro allow easy and quick adjusting while running. Because in long run you sometime change in size and feel. The clip allow for easy removal. - Gels loops. - small pocket with big zipper for keys and other small items. - big expandable zippered pouch for all size phone along with Gels or electrolytes. With 2 small pockets inside for ID and money or CC. - big bottle holder that can fit every size bottle I have. Along with a loop to hold the top of the bottle down. Keeping it secure so it won't fall out. - very comfortable to wear. I ran a 17 and 20 miles on it no issue. I like to wear it a bit high with bottle in the back. Keep it a little tight and it won't move while you run. The bad: none that I can think off. Seems those designers also run with it and corrected all the little details. So yes. I highly recommend this belt for any long distance runner.

Bottle hard to return to holster
This would be a four star rating if the bottle was easily returned to its holster, but I have to fumble around to get it back in. Also, the belt is velcro rather than a clasp. I replaced mine with a similar product from Amphipod. When set up properly, it does not bounce and the main pocket fits the largest iPhone. There is also a smaller pocket that I found useful for keys.

Great quality product, as advertised
Tight hold, no chafing, no slippage, and good access and plenty of space for phone and keys.

Great for dog walking
It’s hot in Texas and my fluffy, short-legged dog can’t go on a walk outside for more than a few minutes unless I bring a water bottle. I tried stuffing one in my waistband (women’s exercise pants usually lack pockets) and that was not working out so I bought this belt. I’m very pleased with it so far. The photos show what I carry: Either the dog’s water bottle (with attached bowl) plus my keys and phone in the pockets and a sweat towel secured in the bungee cord; or a water bottle for both of us to share, a little collapsible cup for him that fits snugly into the small pocket, and the keys, phone, and towel. Overall I find the pack pretty well designed. I have a large waist so I appreciate that the designer made it generous and trimmable instead of just making it small. (I have not trimmed it so I can’t speak to whether that is easy.) I mostly walk with a little jogging or jumping to get my heart rate up, and I have not had any problems with the water bottle feeling loose or falling out; the only movement I feel is water sloshing. I put the belt through the leash handle so I can let go of the leash briefly if I need to wiggle something in or out of its holder. My poop bag holder hangs from the leash and it is easy to tuck it into the belt if the jiggling becomes bothersome. You could easily tuck a few bags or a whole roll in the stretchy smaller pocket if you prefer. The water bottles I use are both 3” diameter. It might fit a very slightly wider bottle, but my 3.5” diameter bottle won’t fit. My only complaint so far is a little elastic band around the plastic loop through which you snake the belt to fold it back and Velcro it. The belt tip is kind of fat with the loop just large enough for it to pass through, and the mystery elastic always gets in the way when you putting it through. Makes it fiddly to don and doff the belt. If anything breaks down quickly or becomes irksome, I will update my review.

Works well!
Have worn it hiking and stays right in place on my hips. I wear it with the bottle holder in the back and barely know it's there. My 28oz tall bottle fits perfectly and I can easily slide it in and out behind my back.
