Victorian Children Paper Dolls (Dover Victorian Paper Dolls)

My friend’s granddaughter and I love playing with these dolls. There are so many outfits to choose from. Old fashioned playing for hours.

These are beautiful and printed on heavy paper.

Beautiful! Hard to cut out, but with an adults help the result is really nice.

These paper dolls are wonderful! The colors are brilliant, like old lithograph. The granddaughters love them. The detail is outstanding!

High quality paper dolls.These are well-researched and colorful and bright. They are such a pleasure to look at and cut The paper dolls are a really wonderful way to help kids really visualize historyI have made permanent paper doll stands from railings available from places like Home Depot or Lowes). If you have access to a table saw you can cut a groove into the top of the rounded part of the railing. I have found that 2" to 2-1/2" in length is good. Stain & varnish if you like. These really help to keep the dolls standing up & makes actual play more fun for children.

Artwork is lovely, made the mistake of assuming the dolls and outfits would be easily punched out...giving as a gift to someone elderly who does not have the dexterity to painstakingly cut out each piece should have been considered on my part. I will attempt to cut them out first and then give them as gift.

You'd need amazing dexterity & special scissors/ blade to cut these out.They're beautiful to look at, but not a useful gift for a child.
