Probiotic10 50 Billion - Now Foods - 50 - VegCap -(Pack of 2)

I have been taking these to help restore a good gut flora balance & I find them to be working VERY well. I have been having some belly aches & since taking just 1-2 per day, they are GONE! I have also been having some mysterious swelling in my feet, ankles, & under my eyes and that is also improving for the first time in over a year. I am taking selenium in the form of Brazil nuts too (they are supposed to help thyroid issues, & even though all of my labs are "NORMAL" I think my levels are on the lower end of "NORMAL" & I need a boost. Due to the selenium in the Brazil nuts, that could also be helping the swelling, but knowing that 70% + of the immune system is in the gut, I think it could be a synergystic impact. At any rate I am going to keep using this & eating 3 raw Brazil nuts per day.The Probiotic 10-50 is a bit on the pricey side, BUT they WORK WELL & a discount is give when you use subscribe & save. I also LOVE that I only need ONE capsule to get the 50 BILLION CFUs. The capsule is SMALL & VERY easy to swallow!I have subscribed to these via S&S, so YES, I WOULD & WILL purchase these probitics again!I DO recommend them!

Long time sufferer of IBS. I've tried several prescription and OTC remedies. I've done the Activia challenge and herbal remedies, costly (and not so tasty) powders and prebiotics. This is the only one that has ever made any kind of a difference. Within the first few weeks I started being regular (something I only dreamed of). My bloating and stomach pain have never been so mild! Of course diet counts too and I certainly know when I've strayed and overeaten or eaten too much of the wrong thing, but this probiotic has really made a difference. It is way less expensive than some of the "supplements" I've tried.I take this first thing in the morning at least 30 minutes before my breakfast. I don't combine with any prebiotics or anything. Just this.

I wanted to know if it really had live probiotics, so I got two cups with milk. I emptied one probiotic capsule into one of the cups, and left the other cup untouched as a control test. I placed both cups in a yogurt maker (which is basically a controlled temperature device that makes the cups of milk to be at the ideal temperature for probiotics reproduction). 10 hours later, the cup with the probiotics had turned into yogurt, while the the other one was still liquid milk. This does not proof that the capsules have the type and quantity of probiotics they claim to have, but it does proof that the capsules contain live probiotics, which is good to know.

This is a brand I trust for all of their supplements. I had a meeting where I met the buyer who travels the world in search of things to use for their products. It takes this co. a long time to evaluate and test their products -6 months sometimes to come to market. The products are more expensive than others because of their commitment to excellence, but you get what you pay for. What is your health worth?

These I used for a bit of time. I stopped as they had a slight issue with my stomach.

Seems to be working really well! I've been rotating thru several brands of probiotic in an effort to solve my digestive issues (bloating, constipation, etc.) These seem to do the trick. About 10 days into using these, I gave up 95% of my wheat consumption, so I'm sure that has a big part to play in my improved digestion. But I love the high count and low price of this particular brand.
