Love this soap! It lathers great with my loofah in the tub and has a wonderful lemony type scent. The fragrance lingers in the bathroom for some time. I've ordered a few more. It lasts pretty long as I wet my loofah and rub it across the bar. Lots of bar soaps dissolve in a week. But I don't let it sit in the bath tub while I bathe. It feels luxurious!

This soap has a strong, natural smell, like real lemons. The bergamot scent is very secondary, more of an undertone. If you're looking for a soap that smells strongly of bergamot, you may want to look for something else, though I think it has a good balance.It lathers very well but not too quickly, meaning that not much goes to waste. Other soaps tend to suddenly melt as soon as they touch water. Not this soap. I use it for hand washing as well as in the shower.My main reason for buying this brand is the effort they make to keep everything as ecologically responsible as they can. Reading the ingredients, there is nothing but natural plant oils and natural perfume essences. No petroleum-derived ingredients. Even the packaging is exclusively paper with no plastic wrapping.The bar is enormous, which is good. I used a cheese-cutting wire to slice it into five equal parts. This way, each portion lasts about two months by the sink or one month in the shower.

The fragrance is out of this world. I have been buying a lot of these foreign soap because they are better for my skin. This was one of the better ones it leaves you with kind of a moist texture to your skin. And the fragrance is amazing

The soap was not in what looked like perfect condition. It may have been old and was peeling. I kept it anyway. I'm not delighted with the scent. That's personal of course. I prefer Nesti Florentine Soaps to this one, labeled frutteto.

I was looking for a soap that had a nice long lasting scent, this brand came up and seemed top rated. This scent isn’t “citrusy”, it’s like the CLEANING PRODUCT kind of “lemon”, think Clorox wipes

This soap was first introduced to me by my daughter who took a week vacation in Italy. It is a lovely refreshing lemon fragrance soap . Just feels good in the shower and on your face. It’s a big bar and seems to last a long time. In trying to find it, I see it comes in other fragrances. Hopefully , I will get to try those as well. A little pricy , again it’s a big bar, but I think worth the indulgence.
