This folding knife is pretty good. I use it as part of my every day carry and it comes in handy. I'm not a huge knife expert or anything, but this is fine for what I need. I will say the little nub on the handle for glass breaking is loose, I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that or not.

Like a lot of weapon collectors I usually follow the principle that “You can never have too many weapons like guns, swords and knives.” I did not think this knife would be of good quality because of the very reasonable price I paid for it, but I am happy to report that I was wrong. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised of what a bargain I had when I began using the Black Legion Folding Hunter Pocket knife. This knife is 8 ½ inches in overall length with the blade out and 4 ¾ when closed.This is an assisted opening knife. Unlike a thumb opening blade where you place your thumb on the side and rotate forward using your thumb to get the blade out, this knife flips open by placing your index finger on the top of the guard thumb spur and pull down and the blade flips out. Your thumb and other fingers are on the side of the knife. Like most people I was used to opening the knife using my thumb; however, it only took a few practice drills and I grew to love this knife and the way it quickly flipped open using my index finger.This knife has a very sharp steel blade with black coating to protect it. The thumb spur is on the top and side for easy and fast assisted opening. It has a textured handle for a sure grip. There is also a steel pocket clip to make carrying this knife convenient. Yes, this knife was made in China but they are beginning to produce some pretty good blades.As I mentioned before, the price for this rugged and durable tactical looking folding knife is very reasonable at $10.00 to $15.00. It is well worth the price, but more important, I found it to be a good pocket knife to carry.Anyone interested in this knife can purchase it from Amazon and other knife retailers.Rating: 5 Stars Joseph J.
