Toured the factory in Italy and was able to see first hand the quality of the product. We unfortunately didn’t bring nearly enough of it home with us so we’ve had to order a few batches on Amazon. 10/10 pasta! You won’t regret buying Martellis!

We are expert/professional cooks and do not use lots of pasta. However, when we do this is the one we use. The surface is rough enough to hold whatever sauce we use, including thin butters and the flavor of the pasta is present but not overwhelming. In spite of the cost, a superior product which is a part of out staples pantry.

A little disappointed, I guess I expected something more. For the price, really not worth it. Not much different from regular store bought pasta.

Ive visited this pasta factory and they highly value the quality of their product. This is with out a doubt the best pasta Ive ever had! The special slow process they use to make it creates a high quality and rough textured pasta that tastes amazing and holds on to sauce. You will not be disappointed!
