Scratch & colour change
I bought this goggles after reading the reviews and articles how Arena has revolutionised the anti-fog system in swimming. This was my first Arena product and I was super excited. Delivery was quick by Onogo and I wore it for the first time yesterday in open water. Due to my utter disappointment, first the white plastic nose pin turned yellow after I put them in a brand new goggles case. I had other goggles from Speedo which were white too and never turned yellow! After first swim , I see the outer left lens had scratches. I did not know such expensive goggles would be so sensitive and of bad quality. I put it on and swam and came out of water and thats all I did! During swimming, the lens was so small that while blinking my eyelashes were touching the front part of the lens. Both my contact lenses went inside my eyes for about 30 minutes and I had to wait for them to come out of my eyes. I wrote to Arena Instinct website customer service so that I can give a feedback on the product. The person insisted Amazon can only help. I am never going to buy Arena products again as both product and customer service is terrible!
