Price too high.

I wasn't aware of hulled and unhulled sesame seeds available in the market...I did give a negative review earlier but while consuming the seeds I didn't face any issue with the taste, later when I searched a bit, I got to know about unhulled sesame seeds, which won't be polished white as we know sesame seeds should look like. Unhulled sesame seeds are more nutritious and for regular consumption better to have them.

I brought this when I heard about seed cycling for PCOD. You are supposed to eat one spoon of pumpkin seeds and one spoon of flax seeds for the first 15 days after your cycle, and for the next 15 days you should eat one spoon of sunflower seeds and one spoon of white sesame seeds. It acts as your natural pill. It's really good to balance out your hormones without any side effects.Otherwise I also really like to use sesame oil for cooking specially Chinese chilli oil and other things.Talking about the product is really good product clean grains no dust appropriate weight.My mother recommends us to spread any grains or seeds in sunlight before consuming as it kills all the jobs and if there are any worms they can be detected so we have placed it out in a plate here.
