The doc says I need Magnesium, so I ordered this. It's a decent product, and not too hard to swallow despite its large size. Will I order this again? Why, yes, I think I will. The price is just right, and the bottle will last a while.

Works wondersI've been feeling pain and Numbness due to low iron and this helps me sleep great .I still have to build my iron level but until then atleast now I can't sleep
