These lacrosse balls are so useful! I keep the blue one either in my bag or at work so that I can throw my back on the back of my chair. I keep the red one at home so that I can rub my back before bed.I initially bought them for some really big tension in my back/shoulders. I continue to use them every other night. They also work for rolling my foot. I put the bar on the ground and then on top of the ball to roll.

They are everything the doctor who referred to the product said they would be. The ball is just hard enough and yet just soft enough to allow a little give but be firm enough it helps release the tension I'm the muscle around my arthritic hip.

I don’t know how I managed to live 51 years without these in my life. I use them daily. Life savers. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Quality, inexpensive, cute, has a little mesh bag to keep them in. Gets the job done! Received them two days after purchase and love love love them.

Works great to get out muscle kinks- much like a deep tissue massage. Exactly what I expected- except in the picture it looks like you will receive 1 small and 1 large ball. The balls are both the same size. That is the only reason I did not give 5 stars.

Best $8 I have ever spent. As a long time migraine sufferer it is very important to keep the stress in my shoulders and neck down. I usually pay for a 60 minute focused professional massage once a week. But that can get expensive. Using these has been a great substitute. Even just a few minutes on each shoulder and I feel so much more relaxed. To give an idea of how bad my shoulders get, I have had 2 masseusses tell me they were possibly the worst they had seen.

I use this to help alleviate the pain in my scapula, last, deltoids, and traps. It is compact and portable. I have one in my gym bag and one in my purse. Very good value. Very durable balls.

I got one of these balls from my chiropractor and my pupper stole it. Now, I buy them explicitly for him. He is a Shepinois so can be a bit destructive and these hold up to anything he does to them. He can't chew pieces off of them, they bounce amazingly, and they are the perfect colors (dogs see orange and blue best).
