Quality product. Even the box looks and feels good! The picture is in focus and not blurred like some. The pieces fit well and aren't similar so that you get frustrated fitting pieces together. The backing cardboard is strong and decently thick.

This was bought as a Christmas gift, and while the puzzle was challenging enough (kept 3 people busy for nearly 4 hours), there were some complaints about the cut of the pieces. It was fine when completed, but some pieces had to be forced to snap together, and another piece was broken. The recipient said they would put it together again some time, and they chalked up the complaints to plain and simple bad luck. The overall result was impressive.

The puzzle looks amazing, once finished; however, the quality of the pieces was slightly below expectations, which made the process of handling them a bit uncomfortable.
