This is an excellent work jacket and attractive enough to wear to causal meetings. I have used this brand and model jacket as my go-to cold weather outwear for the last 15+ years.Fit and Comfort: Cut is a little full which is a good and important attribute if you are active. It is a little stiff and noisy when new. I don't remember if my last one softened up after a wash, but I'll give it a wash and try to update this review. My 15 year old jacket is soft and quiet!Durability: I've used this jacket style for 15 years, and it has stood up well to work and multiple washing machine cleanings. I don't use the drier, but let air dry which may increase the life of the jacket. I hope this new one is just as durable as my last one.Weight: I wear this jacket late fall through early spring. In Oregon's usually mild winters I can use it throughout the winter with just a sweater on the coldest days. However, in very cold mid-west winters, it probably will not be warm enough.Water Resistance: It is mildly water resistant and OK for misty weather, but it will not replace a true rain coat. The company doesn't say it is rain proof... if you don't expect it to be and you'll be satisfied. I haven't tried spraying with water repellent as I prefer to use dedicated rain gear.

Used to have a size large just like this one. This one seems to run a tad larger. Not bad enough to send back. This jacket a perfect 3 season one for here in Colorado

Pockets should be more deep.

I bought this for my boyfriend and he loves it! Its been almost 2 years now and he still wears this all the time. Its great since it can be worn in the winter with a sweater under it or in the spring/fall.
