Its nice better quality than the rest but still cheap quality as it keeps coming out of the toilet by sliding

This is a good sturdy and stylish looking toilet seat. It is easy to install and tightens securely. It is well finished and is well priced. I would recommend it as a good buy.

I run a B&B in the country and so I tend to keep certain items in stock (toilet seats, shower heads and hoses etc) in case of emergency during the 'silly season'. This toilet seat was one such item and it was four months before I needed to open the box... when I did (having already spent a stupid amount of time sweating over the pan as I tried to remove a broken seat due to corroded hinges etc), it was extremely disappointing to then discover that I had been sent an item that had a large chip/dent in the seat and that one of the hinges was 'compromised' by way of a missing screw due to 'wood wear' [something you would only ever normally expect to see once a seat has been used for a duration of time].This product frankly wouldn’t have lasted five minutes in a domestic household, never mind a commercial one. Amazon were however excellent, and they immediately agreed to a refund without question and I was able to order an alternative. Thankfully, it was also during a quiet period and so there were no expectations for the customer to 'squat' in the interim until the replacement arrived.Other observations were: the seat is EXTREMELY heavy (with no soft-close function) and the fittings attached to the seat to protect the porcelain are made of cheap plastic (as opposed to standard rubber). Had it not gone straight from the packaging to the bin, I feel confident that it would have soon made its way into the refuse at any rate.It is however, a very stylish looking seat (ignoring the dent in my case) and assuming that it is easy to keep clean (I think it would be as the wood is finished in a gloss resin that would be ‘easy wipe’), it could be a good product with a few basic improvements (without having to particularly compromise on cost).

Okay product . Looks good but not sure how long it will last for price

After two weeks of use the seat kept twisting on the toilet and hinges are now looser. I’m only a size 8, 5’3 female so not a weight or large arse issue. Other than that, it’s a nice seat. Shame!

I'm a big girl and this seat is great. I'm not a great DIY person but this was very easy to fit. It does not wobble or move about.I've read the negative reviews and wonder if they followed the fitting instructions to the letter. I did and have had no problem with it yet.

What a nightmare toilet seat... First of all, it arrived without any installation instructions...Secondly, when I finally found the instructions online, I found out that the little plastic knobs that suppose to go inside the holes are the wrong size (they are too big), so after some DIY (used the blue tack to fill in the holes) and finally putting the seat on (not mentioning that the seat is not soft close and I have a bruise on my arm now as it slammed several times right on my hand while I was trying to put it on) I was quite happy as it looked alright until I had to go to the toilet and the seat slipped to the side... Too late to return and what a hassle... Would not recommend :((((

Easy to install and no movement. Looks good and solid

The clips at the back of the toilet broke after a couple of days and couldn’t get any clips had to buy another toilet seat not impressed

A good product and sturdy as long as you're not massively overweight. But don't buy this if you've got little kids as the lid is heavy and close like a bear trap!

Quality not great the steel lacure on the fitting are flakey. For the price ok but I think there are better seat available

Great value , fast delivery , does stain a bit though and hinges going a bit rusty
