These are fun! We gave them out for 4th of July and I've given them out for Halloween too. No duds. Cute for kids and adults.

These rings have a brilliant flashing light ! Each ring is individually wrapped in clear package, and there was only one ring in the box that would not light up. We got these, and another brand with shapes/faces that was not as bright. They are for the Town Marshall to hand out to the Trick-R-Treaters on his Halloween night patrol. Keeps the kids well lighted and also lets them know that Law Enforcement cares about their safety. These were so bright that we could see them in the neighborhood four block away walking the roads. Kids and the adults out with them were very excited and appreciative for him handing them out to them. Hard to tell who loved it more...kids, or the adults with them ! Lots of good feedback on this project.
