Replace the one that was one broken. .
I replaced new one 5 of November 2024. It work well until this morning.19 Jan.2025. New one broken dawn this morning to. Now hussle of contacting Amazon.get the return form.Find somebody to printed for me.Packaged take to post office 3 mile away. 80 years old senior citizen with poor health . How easy is that?

Faulty machine!
'Easy to use , less fuss' .. I wrote that comment less than a year ago .. and suddenly it just stopped working ..so, wow, lots of money and bad function .. hmm

Why?
Ordered this from Amazon because it was cheaper than buying from nespresso. When it arrived it had a continental 2 pin round plug! No good to me in the UK with a UK address. It also took 4 days on amazon Prime. Very disappointed.

Lasted one year ONLY
We use this at home for our coffees in the morning. The use is quiet standard. Previous aeroccino’s we bought lasted for several years. Always we buy it through Nespresso. This is the first time we buy it on Amazon (mistake!) and it only lasted 10 months!I recommend to buy it directly through Nespresso.
