Uk7 is size 41 and UK 8 is size 42 I got the UK 7 and is perfect for me 41 hope this help

Q: How are they in the rain,snow?

I bought the white ones as a fashion accessory with my jeans so don’t really use them in the rain. I have thrown them in the washing machine and they wash well, but I wouldn’t do it too often. The tongue came out of one but I was able to stitch it on again.They are comfortable but I will use them more in the summer than in wet, snowy weather. Good enough value for the money but not serious training shoes.
