It falls off the wrist so easily!
I thought the bracelet was so pretty. I bought it for a mothers day gift for my wife. She liked a lot. But the little ring that the bar goes through is so large that the bar comes out very easily. She lost the bracelet the first time she wore it. It fell off her wrist and she did not it until she got home from shopping. I would return it but of course I can't because it is lost.

A Wonderful Gift and Service Team
I was extremely pleased with the bracelet’s quality, and the engraving that I requested was perfectly done. More importantly, because of the challenges and delays at this time with COVID-19, I was concerned about the timeliness of the delivery. You will loose your bracelet
It’s a cute bracelet, not worth the price, and it doesn’t stay on your wrist, so I lost it and I haven’t had it that long, very upsetting as I purchased this because I just lost my cat and wanted something as a memorial to him. I should have read some of the reviews first that mentioned that it falls off the wrist. Why can’t Ross Simon fix this issue. I do not recommend this product. Obviously I can’t return it because it’s lost.

Getting the latch to fit so no one will lose their bracelet.
I like the bracelet however the hole for latch to go into the other slides into the hole it is to wide and the bracelet slide right off of your wrist if you start moving your arm that the bracelet is on. The hole need to be smaller in order for it to fit right
