MEECO'S RED DEVILChimney Brush - 8in. Round, Model# 30800

I bought this MEECO'S RED DEVIL 30800 8-Inch Round Wire Chimney Brush to clean my chimney flue. It works great. I was a little concerned that it would not be thick enough, but it works great! I already had the handle that screws into the brush. It was quite simple to remove the chimney cap with three screws and brush the inside of the flue with this brush. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. It is easy to push it down the flue and then pull it back up. It changes directions in the the flue easily, but puts plenty of pressure on the sides, sufficient to clean off all the collected creosote.With this brush, I'll quit spending the funds on having someone clean my flue. I don't recommend using this if you're unable to adequately service your chimney safely.If you have questions about my ongoing experience with this brush or my review, please ask in a comment and I will respond. Works great

Nice quality brush, however the wire bristles are round but the brush is actually 8” square or 10” diagonally.

It worked for me, however mine came as a 8" round POLY instead of metal.
