YES. I weigh 210lbs and it supports me. DO make sure that you place the nylon joiners onto the slats. When weight is on one, the joiners solicit support from the adjacent ones. there are enough to make 2 rows of them, if you are concerned about weight. And don't forget to insert the little rectangular plugs in the ends of each slat, as they prevent them from coming out if flexed under load. I'm 6ft2 and to my surprise it is big enough for me.
