I picked this book up on sale as I wanted to learn more, and oh boy, did i! Good insights for anyone interested in Lesbians!

Thank God I bought this book. I feel like it will have saved me from a lot of faux pas in the future. It's wonderful to be able to draw on, in one publication, the decades of professional experience this author is able to impart to her readership. I love how it's explicit in describing the most practical acts; but it's also written in an amusing and easy-to-read way: a real boon for a newbie. I also have to add that there have been certain startlingly specific and insightful .. whole pages, really, as well as pithy sentences, that spoke to me in a surprising, revelatory, self-awakening way. These are words that have now given me a lot of personal courage. I had bought this in an electronic version, but it was so much better to then get the physical book, instead. - To be balanced, I'll also add that a book like this, that stressed an all-inclusiveness for all body types, might have benefited from some less-idealised models, in at least some of the photos! Cheerio; hope this helps someone.

This book is so honest, informative, and thorough, but it's a shame that the pictures, though beautiful, show only thin, femme, almost all white women. It's really glaring. I would recommend this book for its positive sex education, but don't stop with this one. Seek other perspectives and more diverse representations too.

This book is amazing! She writes with plain and easy to read vocabulary that you would use in your conversation with your best friend about sex. Referring to the body parts with terms that you might use when discussing with your partner makes it so that reading this book is like talking to a sexually wise older lesbian woman! Literal step-by-step instructions for those who might want either refresher course, or are brand-new into the lesbian sex scene, including things like kinky or sex and group sex. Truly an amazing book and I'm very glad that I read it! I'm recommending it to my new sexual partner right now!

Thanks so much for the info. In a new relationship and I know that I am in love with her. I want to know everything I can in order to have a long, lasting, healthy sexual relationship with her. I've learn a lot and I am anxious to try new things that I've only read about in books. Curious!!!

Very little useful information. I'd be hesitant to say that it was worth its price even if I'd only paid a tenth of the actual cost. Ugh. I'm very disappointed to say the least! I want my money back *grumpy face*. My conclusion is that the 5-star reviews must be friends of the author!

As a bi woman without much experience with women this was a great resource to help me build confidence. Nothing in here is really new but it is a great compendium to get you thinking. I would suggest it to anyone who sleeps with women, regardless of their own gender.

Awesome photos, but not too much new or different information out there. Nice to have in my collection, but this definitely isn't THE best lesbian sex bible. (though all my straight guy friends loooove it!)
