Disgusting
All I can say is it was disgusting and a waste of $15. I threw it away as it tastes like chemicals and not grapefruit at all.

Awful
There is no pathway for returning this. It is chalky and chemical tasting. Maybe a case of a bad batch but this was so awful, I will not spend any more money trying this company’s products.

The glycerine is a bit offputting
Been using this to add grapefruit flavor to sparkling water and the texture is weird. I would not buy again.

Strong, accurate, and tasty
Very little of this syrup is needed to get a glass of water tasting like a non-carbonated LaCroix. If you eat it by the spoonful it tastes like harsh chemicals but with some dilution it's a pleasant grapefruit flavor without bitterness or sweetnesses.
