This couch is actually pretty great considering the cost. Very comfortable and nice to look at. We get quite a bit of compliments on it.My only complaint is that the cushions fall over every day, so we are constantly placing them back up. But I’m sure if I put a little hook behind them, they would be fine!

The media could not be loaded. Just right for my condo patio! I feel like I have doubled my living space. Love the low back frame, warm grey cushions, and the chocolate brown faux wicker. These are the perfect neutrals for outdoors. What a great price. Very high quality. Not one flaw found. Impressive engineering and instructions. Tons of protective packaging. Every piece was in a bag. There were three boxes. Ordered on June 22. Two boxes arrived July 1; one arrived July 3.I took my time unpacking and assembling over two hot summer days. You can pay for assembly, but I’m a 63-year-old lady on a budget and available appointments were a couple weeks out. I assembled this all by myself! Happy to report the coffee table was already completely assembled and feet were attached to all the sections. Tip: I used the coffee table like a workbench when assembling the left and right sofa sections (upside down). Best tip is written at the bottom of almost every page of the instructions -- don’t tighten the screws yet. With so many panels and arms, wait until everything is in place . . . then, tighten screws. I used their bit in my drill which worked well after their little ratchet tool broke. I tightened screws with an extra lever turn of the Allen key at the end.Cover included and definitely fits the L shape configuration and coffee table (giant square). I added a grey and aqua, quatrefoil patterned, 5x8’ rug from Amazon, which perfectly complements the teal throw pillows they include. I splurged on extra 16.5-inch square pillows and two lumbar pillows from Pillow Perfect to add a bit of navy blue interest. (The seat cushions are low so 16.5-inch squares are best.)Yesterday, I sprayed the pillows and upper cushions with Scotchguard UV and Water Shield. Today, I lined up the left and right sofa sections for a LONG sofa with the corner chair off to the side. Getting ready to party on the patio!

Pretty nice set, easy enough to assemble despite a coupla misaligned screw holes.As other reviewers have said, the fabric is kinda rough. To the point that am looking to buy different cushion covers and using a sheet in the meantime.

So, I was skeptical to buy a patio furniture set, without having seen it in person first - but I looked at multiple brick and mortar stores, and never found anything that I liked. I kept thinking about this set and comparing others to it, so in the end I decided to take the plunge on this one, and I'm SO glad I did! I've only had for a few days now, so I can't attest to how well it will hold up over time, but my initial review on a few key points is as follows:1. Delivery - there were a few missteps with the delivery of the set. It comes in 3 large boxes. For my delivery, 2 came on the same day via FedEx. The third box came 9 days later, via UPS. I'm not sure why it came this way - but make sure you have all three boxes before you start assembly!2. Customer Service - the customer service team at Cosiest was quite helpful when i reached out to them to ask about the missing pieces since I didn't know how many boxes the shipment was supposed to have. They quickly shared the tracking numbers for all three boxes (amazon only had one tracking number.) They responded to each of my inquiries within a day and also tried to track the equipment.3. Assembly - as others have said, the set comes with everything needed to assemble it, which is great! I also loved that all the screws were bagged separately for the section that you were assembling. For example: there was a 'left side' bag, and it contained multiple smaller baggies - each labeled with the particular part # and quantity. The directions were also easy to understand and follow. I was able to assemble it, by myself, in around an hour and 45 minutes.Overall - it's a great little furniture set, that fits my space perfectly. I would definitely recommend to others!

I purchased this set from Cosiest at a great, discounted price because it stated it was in “Acceptable” condition. Overall I was very pleased by the product I received. First of all, I felt like the set was pretty easy to assemble- sure there are a lot of bolts to screw in, but the instructions were easy to follow and the hardware was all labeled in bags and it even came with extra hardware just in case anything was missing. The set is made of a faux wicker plastic material which so far seems durable and yet lightweight enough to lift or move the pieces around. One of my favorite design elements to this set is how modular it is, so while the stock photos show 1 loveseat and 2 side chairs, I used the plastic clips provided to combine all seating pieces and create a much longer sofa for my patio. The cushions are on the firm side, but they may soften over time and after use. Lastly, I will mention that one of the things that impressed me the most was the great customer service I received from Cosiest. They were very friendly and helpful when a spot of confusion arose from how many deliveries I would get to complete the set. They got back to me quickly, gave me the necessary information I needed, and made me feel like I could confidently contact them again in case I needed anything else. That type of service is very much appreciated and is what prompted me to write a review, which I hardly do. Thank you.
