High protection, low profile
A fantastic case by OtterBox, it's perfect for anyone in need of a protective yet stylish case. The ridges ensure that no part of the entire curved display can touch a flat surface and also add some shock absorption for face down drops (which I've done a few times now with no damage at all). The buttons are a tad stiff to begin with but after two weeks of use I got used to them, and the case provides a fair amount of grip.Although this case doesn't provide as much protection or grip as a Defender or Commuter series, it still manages to have a repectable amount of both whilst keeping a slim and ergonomic design which seamlessly moulds with the phone for people who want an otterbox without the bulk. (It also makes the fingerprint scanner WAY easier to use)

Keeping my precious safe
At my work we supply all of our mobile technical staff with an iPhone 6s and the Otterbox Symmetry cover. These are rigged and protect working phones to the extent that we can reallocated them as workers move on.I decided to upgrade my phone and being very much an android person I pulled the trigger on the new Huawei P30. Now this does come with a case in the retail pack and I added an Apiker tempered glass screen protector.Only two weeks in and my new P30 slipped out of m pocket as I was leavin my car and it hit a concrete floor, shattering the apiker protector. so I ordered this Otterbox and fitted a new Apiker. The Otterbox fits the P30 very neatly and allows me to use all the controls, the cut outs for headphones and charge lead are spot on and the whole thing is very solid and with a raised rim should protect the screen much better. Easy to grip and adds a solid feel. The back is completely flat and so when placed down the phone does not rock about as with the other case that I was considering. It is a lot of cash for a plastic cover, but compared with the cost of a new phone it is an easy investment.

Worth paying the extra for such a quality product.
Otterbox consistently comes out near the top in online reviews of mobile phone cases in terms of fit, quality and the all important ability to protect your phone from damage if, and when, because we all know it will happen, you drop your phone.I have written my review more than two years after buying my case I was only prompted to do so when reviewing another product I had bought and Amazon bought up a list of other items I had purchased. Whilst looking at the list of ordinary household items I saw this and I thought, yeah, it really has performed admirably, well worth recommending to others.I will not hesitate to buy another Otterbox case when I get a new phone.

A great case that should be worth the price.
Let me get the bad bit out the way first. The only reason why I'm giving this case 4 stars is because mine arrived in a less than perfect condition. There's a small blemish/mark on the back. I may add a photo later. It isn't enough for me to send it back though. Now the good stuff. I should first address the issues raised by the other reviewer. The case I received fits my S8+ perfectly. It also doesn't have sharp edges. Maybe, unlike the other reviewer, I got lucky, but I can only talk based on my experience. All that aside, the case seems to provide decent protection without adding significant bulk to what is already quite a big phone. It's pretty grippy, and I can access all the ports easily, though I can foresee people with thick headphone connectors having issues plugging in. Around the back, there's a nice sloping next to the fingerprint scanner that helps to mitigate its poor positioning. It's still not ideal but it's better than it was without the case. In terms of aesthetics, I really like the two-tone blue colouring.Yes, this is a pricey case, but it's an Otterbox, and that price should (hopefully) be worth it if I ever drop my phone (which I never hope to do). I would definitely recommend it.

Best case I've had on any phone
This is by far the best case I've had for any phone. I've even had covers from phone manufacturers own brand which failed & resulted in damaged phones, but this case has 100% lived up to needs & expectations. It also looks good & hasn't started to peel or fade even after having it a long time now. A fantastic purchase & very highly recommend.

Excellent protection.
Otterbox is a well known brand with a good reputation. Never had issues with their products. This case doesn't add much weight or depth to the phone. It's still possible to operate the phone one handed.Due to the front edge being slightly raised it protects the phone screen well (depending on the surface your phone drops on).Due to the rigidity some may find it difficult to take the case off or put it on.When I first put the case on I was worried about the phone buttons - quickly realised there was nothing to worry about. If you have a screen protector on tour display make sure it is installed correctly - if the edges aren't on properly the case may make the edges worse.

Otterbox
It's an Otterbox: it's sturdy, well made and makes your phone hefty, chunky and easy to grip. It has to have the sides exposed because of the annoying design of the curved screen, but it does have a lip on the top and bottom. Nicely shaped on the back to lead your finger to the fingerprint reader. One initial drawback was that because of the odd surface texture/coating this case has, older design switchable Popsockets would absolutely not stick to it, which was heartbreaking. The new ones are much stickier and do work, so this case is finally perfect.
