I was looking for a light grey latte cup and this one is the only one I could find online.Pros:- It looks exactly the same as the owner's pictures EXCEPT the first two pictures.- It has a smooth and glossy finish. Good quality.- Nice packaging and protection.Cons:- This cup is 8oz instead of 10oz. The title of this item is misleading.- The first two pictures show that it's a matte surface but it's not. The pictures are misleading.P.S.- I was looking for a large latte cup (10oz) to practice my latte art. This cup is only 8oz. I can still practice with this cup but a 10oz one is definitely better. Although the volume is not what I wanted and as described, I still want to keep it because I really like the color and the quality is good.I hope the seller changes the descriptions and the misleading pictures.

Slightly larger than a good double Cappuccino cup, the 8.5 oz size would be perfect but I need a little more room to prevent spills. For me it is a little too well insulated. I steam in the cup and I can't feel the milk heating up like I can in a thinner walled cup. That is the only thing I can fault with this cup. If I ever spring for a frothing pitcher, this cup would be perfect, but I can't find a frothing pitcher in the 6 oz size.Cups of this size and quality usually sell for $20+ in most coffee outlets.
