Important note for air travel
The medicine cooler worked as intended at the start of our trip. No issues with TSA with meds and frozen packs.FYI---Coming home with no meds and no need to have ice packs frozen, TSA took the ice packs and threw them away. They said I can't carry them unless they are frozen. Who knew?

Almost perfect
This is a great pack, I took it on a long trip to Israel and it worked great. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because over time whatever is in the ice packs evaporates or something. Now a couple years later they have nothing in them🤷🏼♀️

Great for long shifts and commutes
Works as intended. I needed a medication cooler for my refrigerated meds for work. This one worked great for my 10hr. work day plus a 2hr. commute. I freeze the ice packs and the cooler the night before. In the morning I add my medications and the ice packs. I keep the cooler in my backpack, the ice packs stay frozen, meds stay cold, and the cooler keeps the inside of my backpack very cool which I think is helpful for keeping the ice packs frozen. This cooler being FSA eligible was another plus.

Used for different purpose (Cellphone)!
Update: I still use it and today it was 102 degrees in my car. My phone was not overheated! Normal temperature. 😊 I learned that I needed to put my cellphone in a ziplock bag and then place inside the kit. The ice packs (2 on each end) can cause condensation I think because I did get a warning a couple of times not to charge my cellphone because it detected water. Luckily, there was no damage. The zipper bag put a stop to that issue!I bought this for my cellphone. Where I work, they do not allow cellphones in building, so I needed to figure out a way to keep my cellphone in my car without it being overheated. This works wonderfully! I exchange 2 cold packs in the morning for a new hot day. I make it a part of my morning ritual when I get my lunch together each morning, so I do not forget it. When I get off work, my cellphone feel like it never heated up, just natural temperature. You only need to put in 2 packs and it does the job when it is 100+ degrees outside. You may have to use more ice packs in your case (which is ok because there's lots of areas to insert them.) I say this because my car is 20% ceramic tinted, and I use windshield sunshade to combat heat when I get to my car every afternoon. Basically depends on your car!
