Buy them!
We had these welded on an 800 lb bulky machine and I can manage moving it myself! I'm 110 lbs and needed to be able to movie this machine around periodically. It rolls smoothly. My only issue is that once locked, the wheels are really hard to unlock. That's also a pro, because they are very fixed in place when locked. Would highly recommend overall.
