2019 Premium 3D Hologram Fan ，Four-Axil Design Hologram Projector , Android Smart Operating System ,Holographic Advertising Fan Upload by APP /TF Card/Cloud Serve ，Support WiFi+Bluetooth

Really frustrating. First, images (even the demos) are grainy and jumpy. Second, I go to the movies folder as instructed, and try to play movies I uploaded, and they all either say "cannot load", or they load and I just get a white screen. And I tried mp4, mov, and avi formats. Third, the instructions are clearly written by someone with English as a second language. And finally, when I got it the box was actually slightly damp and beat up.All in all, a terrible experience.UPDATE:Updated from one to three stars. Finally got it working (with help from their tech support.) Can only give it three stars because the instructions simply didn't tell me how to make it work. It took two full days and a couple of emails back and forth with them to just get my logo on it.

Wrote for tech support. No where to be found. Extremely difficult to program. Videos won't play on SD Card. If I don't hear from someone soon I will be returning this product. Too expensive to not receive support.

False advertisement!! Not 1080p resolution as advertised, I would say it is 480p resolution with only 512led!!! The only good thing is that it comes with a protective cover for the fan.

Projector comes preloaded with about six images. No information included on where additional images can be obtained. Zero response from both seller and manufacturer tech support.

Good experience with a hologram Projector device, It projects very crisp images and video very consistently. Really cool
