I've taken other fulvic acid products and this one is pretty good. I just add it to a small glass of water. There is no taste. I do feel the cap full is too much so I cut it down to half or just take the cap full every other day.

I filter all my water to zero tds this it the sure fire way to know that all chemicals an bio organisms are taken out bad and unfortunately good ones to. For my family and I the chemicals in tap are to risky and store bought water can be expensive and leave a bad footprint on our plant. So as part of health wise I buy ionic trace minerals to add to my water an recently did research on these chemical acids an added them to our drinking water. Since I have felt more focused an energy pain an inflammation has decreased dramatically to not ignore the improvement from using this product.

Very happy with these minerals. Practically tasteless and they seem to help all three of my household members that are taking them. I don’t think the placebo effect would run to all of us but we’ll see. Have been taking the minerals and the companion multi-vitamins for about six weeks. Noticeably better attitude (just ask my spouse) and I am sleeping better. My son likewise reported being less anxious and somewhat more focused. All three of us have been sleeping better and getting up earlier. Would recommend you try these for 30 days and see what happens.They are a tad expensive but I am looking for repeat-order discounts or coupons. If i find something I’ll add to this review.

The flavor isn’t too bad. Almost flavor less. This liquid is a dark color making it a little scary to take the first shot. After the first day, you get over the color. I have friends that take this and love it. I’ve only taken it for 3 days and I feel good. My mom said that in the first 2 days of taking it she experienced very dark stool. I’m thinking it’s either cleaning out her gut or the color of this liquid made her stool dark. We both recommend this product.
