I purchased this for basic camping use, and to also wrap the handle on one of my hatchets. It is very strong and looks good. Probably some of the best that I have ever purchased.

Good cord for making monkey knots and weaving. Easy to work with.

I am using this paracord to string a dipole antenna between trees for ham radio purposes. It's definitely strong and I had a tree fall on it and it did not break. That was impressive, however, my 2 complaints are that it kinks really badly and it would also be nice if they did a butterfly wrap as it immediately tangled into a mess upon taking the packaging off. The kinking was terrible trying to straighten the paracord out because it constantly bound on itself. Anyway we'll see how well it holds up to UV light and weather conditions over the next year. Seems like a quality product but expect to spend time untangling. I did butterfly wrap a 100 foot strand (purchased 2) and that definitely helped when deploying it outdoors.

Excellent paracord on all colors other than black. Neon green is gorgeous. Have ordered 6 colors and all are exactly as pictured. My only issue is with the color black which is supposedly 550 yet much thinner than the other colors which are solid and some with designs (like gecko); however, black is very difficult to melt ends together. The other colors are great. Not sure what that's about. Atwood is my goto for quality paracord. Highly recommend except for the black.

Solid, wonderful product with nothing negative to say. Does it's job, and made in the USA. Turns out they are actually only about 2 hours drive from my town. I'll absolutely be ordering from Atwood for my cord needs going forward.
