False advertising.
Not impressed with the false advertising. Main picture of Skye which is what my son wants but got sent a different pup instead.The company needs to think about the picture they are using to advertise and making it clearer that you may get any pup.No time to sort now before Christmas.

WARNING may not get the pup requested
Not the pup ordered! I requested Skye and got Chase! A disappointing parcel for my daughter.Item good enough but when you are a Skye fan... it’s below par. Playing with Chase with a little less zeal. If you are not bothered which you get, then all good.

Misleading
Misleading as shows you will receive Sky which is the one we needed for Christmas but have a duplicate chase which now needs to be returned with an upset child on Christmas as I work throughout until Christmas Eve. Now need to go hunting for sky

Very misleading
I ordered the Sky pup as per the picture, didnt get Sky got chase sent instead. When questioned I was told a pup is sent selected randomly- dissaponting and misleading.You have to read the post through very carefully to see this!!!!

Wrong pup received....
Ordered Skye but ended up receiving Marshall. Not impressed as Skye was the only one we dont have. Do not recommend ordering as its false advertising and no indication that you may be sent anything other than skye. Very disappointing

Wrong description
The description says you get one Skye dog and the plane but I received the Marshall toy then when you try to send it back you lose £2.50

Misleading... read before purchasing!
I thought I was ordering Sky but was sent Rocky! I am really annoyed as this was for a birthday present. Seems to be a common complaint, wish I had read the reviews first.
