Very useful
I’m a physician assistant working in urgent care. This book has helpful pages on anatomy, how to splint different fractures, and plenty of helpful pearls. I worked in pulmonary before and had little-to-no ortho experience and this has been a lifesaver.

Needs more pictures
I'm and NP and have to read my own x-rays after 5 pm in the ED. I really like the anatomical drawings at the beginning of each section, but I would also like more pictures of the more subtle injuries because let's face it, if I can't see a bone that looks like a dinner fork, I should get out of the kitchen. It's the subtle ones I wish they illustrated better.

Very helpful
This guide is very helpful for the emergency department to quickly find out management and splinting of a fracture. I just use the index to locate the type of fracture I'm treating and flip over to the page and find the need-to-know information very quickly. There are probably other online resources to get similar information but I really like having this book handy.
