Way too much narrative exposition.
The good: The adventure' base plot is interesting and makes good use of the Living Land cosm's strengths. Battles seem fairly well balanced and have a some variety to them. The book looks great with a nice layout and the consistently above-average art found in the TORG Eternity line. The not-so-good: This adventure doesn't leave much room for the players to have to think. The plot is very linear and leaves the player characters with only one path through the plot. What's worse by far though, is the insertion of NPCs into almost every scene to give in-character exposition to explain to the players (yeah, it's supposed to be to the characters, but it's clumsy and heavy-handed) what is happening and how everything works, starting with an "expert" on dimthread trees and getting more tiresome from there. This means that no effort needs to be spent by the players in figuring out the mysteries and wonders of the worlds their characters are running through. In most cases, it seems like all of the brain-work was pushed aside so that the scenes will play out as little more than a series of combat scenes with some NPC telling you what you're fighting and (sometimes) why you're fighting it.
