Very Good Product

Ok, now here is my review after I have received this product. I got this for my mother .this wooden rocking chair looks really good and the no of ajustments provided for setting up back support and leg support is something I really loved.but, I only doubt the durability as it is not so strong as I was expecting. I guess it can go well up to holding 75 to 80 kilos of weight. Also after receiving and using it I feel it's been overpriced. Over all product is ok but as I said not worth of price.

I live in USA. I ordered it for my old mother in India. Recently a married sister of mine visited our mother and tried this chair. She loved it, and want to buy it for her husband. I also bought a suitable cushion separately from another Amazon seller to go with the chair. So the chair becomes comfortable to sit in. I also bought an adjustable Velcro strap with a handle (also from Amazon) to quickly put around the chair when folded to easily carry it with one hand like a briefcase instead of two hands for my weak and feeble mother. Main features I had in mind when I bought this chair, and it was a risk because there were no reviews. 1. Foldable and portable. 2. Light weight 3. Reclines 4. Rocks. I don't know how sturdy it is or well it was delivered. Obviously my mother is using. My sister loves it. So five stars. Only hope seller re-offers the product. At least one ready buyer is waiting.. I wish it states the weight capacity so heavyset peoplease can also buy without hesitation. Did I mention that it looks classy. Because it does. Received the item in broken condition. Scheduled pick-up never happened. Everyday have to call customer service for scheduling pickup. After 10 days and several calls got the refund processed by Amazon. This is the first worst experience with a Amazon product and quality. Not recommended because the quality is not worth the price

Great product. So comfortable and relaxing. Value for money. Totally worth buying.

While it is engineered nicely, the whole contraption feels flimsy. Everytime that one sits or gets up, there is always the lurking fear that some part may give away. Especially the back rest. The back rest does not have the lumbar support that one wished for. And the head/neck rest is in that grey zone of discomfort. An adjustable one would have made life easier. All in all, satisfactory product but reliability and long life prediction is not confidence inspiring!
