It worked perfectly! I copied the serial number on the unit and up it came on Amazon. Popped the old one out and pushed this one it . That was it! No expensive trips to the audio store.

This worked just like my original battery that I bought the charging speed was the same as the original. It was very easy to install.it was great value for my money. It didn't have no issues with the fit in my laptop and the quality is very good because it's still going even after so long.

I replaced my HP laptop battery with this new battery. Perfect replacement and installed without any problems.

I am just a few weeks shy of 1 year with this battery. One of the cells seems to have gone bad. I contacted the seller and after a few troubleshooting tips they offered to replace the battery for me. That is awesome. There are so few companies that are so easy to deal with. I'll be sure to always buy here.*Note: This is actually the second battery I bought from these guys. The first one lasted almost 3 years with heavy use, which is really good for a dinky little 4 cell battery.

It was easy to install and replace my old battery. It works like expected.

I originally purchased the battery January 7th 2020 for an HP laptop. The battery worked really well for about 10 months and then began to run for shorter and shorter times on the battery only. Prior to that it matched or exceeded the OEM battery in run times. I contacted the seller and the battery was immdiately replaced under the 1 year warranty. My initial inquiry was late on a Sunday evening and I received a response within an hour! I was told that they would refund me my original purchase price or send a new battery. I requested the new battery and it was received in a few days. The replacement works perfectly. Great service. Great product.

I purchased this battery about 4 months ago, and it worked reasonably well for the first two of those months. After then, the battery life started to drain much quicker; I use my laptop many hours a day, usually at least 6, but I have been having to charge the battery at least 4 or 5 times a day to keep everything going. This is a smaller battery than what I originally had with my laptop and I expected the battery life to be worse than when I had a new battery from HP, but it isn't nearly enough anymore for me to keep working throughout my day. I got roughly 4-5 hours of charge doing light to mildly-intensive work for the first 2 months, but now I get less than 2 hours which is just unacceptable for a 4 month old battery. It just ends up dying at 30 percent, which means that I don't get any sort of warning my battery is getting low until it is already dead. I would have given a much better review if I didn't have these issues, considering the product worked so well for the first 2 months. I contacted the seller about this issue at least 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything back. If you take a chance on this product, you might get lucky or you might end up with a barely usable laptop battery like I did.
