First a warning - DO NOT BUY THIS FROM UglyNBeauty!! The jars came HALF EMPTY and they came UNSEALED. I bought two, so this was not an error. Its something the seller did deliberately. Amazon sorted this for me, but I was very displeased by this.I purchased this for my mother, and though I think the smell is very strong (like vapo rub + ben gay), she swears by it. Makes her sweat tons, which is what she wanted. This is not a firming cream. Just makes you sweat like you're in a sauna.

It does work. I suggest not to use it during cold days. It works best while moving around but do not have to exercise out of ordinary. Extremely powerful smell, like camphor, which it is also great if you have a cold or congestion. I can't wait for warmer weather to get. back to it.

awesome, feel the heat and it will def make you sweat!! was recommended by my brother a MARINE that told me if you go the gym and use this, you will see results in a month....

I purchased this item to help me sweat more while I exercised or just did my housework. It does just that....I have actually starting losing weight (water weight) and looking slimmer. It isn't a miracle cream, but it does help.

The problems is that one was leaking otherwise all is good plus i can see the results with the right eating habits with excercise i will reach my goal thanks dont stop selling this product

Not bad. Has a pleasant scent and a tingling sensation due to the menthol.
