Dyson V10 (SV12) Cyclone Cordless Vacuum Cleaner Direct Drive Cleaner Head Turbine Floor Tool, Grey & Purple

This feels "cheaper" than the original that came with the vacuum. However, it is cheaper than the original, so no surprise. It does what it says it will do, which is vacuum a carpeted area. It works. it spins. It rolls well. If you expect a bit less quality than the real deal, you won't be disappointed. I'm not, because I didn't.

This is exactly what I needed. This vacuum is my favorite "toy"! We have had it for seven years and the brushes on the cleaning head were getting a little worn and would miss small items on the floor at times. Amazon came to my rescue and offered a complete replacement head at a very reasonable price.......!!! It arrived a couple of days ago and I felt like a kid at Christmas. I installed it in about 10 seconds and now I have a new vacuum. I may let my wife use it if she behaves. Smile!!!

I've owned my Dyson for years and I love it. Last November I ordered a new head has mine was getting a little used and old. It's barely been 2 months of use and the new head/brush is already leaving streaks on my hardwood floor!! This should not be happening and I would like to know if this can be replaced without cost?

I got this as a replacement and it's as good as the original.

Sadly, I have to return. This does not for the V12 Detect Slim. I am beginning to think nothing fits the V12 Detect Slim. I wish Dyson vacuum parts were more interchangeable as they seem to be……I have had this vacuum under 2 years.i have replaced the filter and the canister. This is with normal use. Now I cannot seem to find the correct roller head section. Not happy with Dyson. I love my vacuum but fir the price, I am replacing to many parts for purchasing it May 2023
