Good cameras, 1 faulty but addressed by seller
*** I have updated this review as the seller contacted me about the faulty camera. A lady called Ariana was very helpful to me, she replied promptly to each messege in an effort to resolve the problem which she did to my satisfaction, so many thanks Ariana for this. I had originally given 2 stars but am happy to now give 4 stars as the other three were working and I am otherwise happy with***Bought a set of 4 Zosi cameras but only 3 are working so need a replacement for the one not working. Have installed the other three so won't be able to return the whole lot now.It's absolutely impossible to get in touch with something that isn't a bot. Tried ringing the Customer Service from Ireland....they hung up 3 times.Don't know how to get replacement if there's no one there to speak with...absolute joke! It's a shame because the other 3 are fineTina (Dublin)

Got used stock instead of New. Camera functions well
I've ordered 2 of these from Amazon sold as 'new' at full price. On both occasions I've received an opened box with an Amazon Warehouse sticker on the side. Amazon gave a partial refund on the first as a gesture of goodwill. This should not have happened a second time.Other than that the first product functioned as described and I've been pleased with the video quality and ease of setup on a PVR CCTV setup.

IF CAMERA (FAILS) TOGGLE THIS SWITCH
This is a good cctv camera the 2nd I have had, the 1st which I was replacing stopped working I tried the cable connections and removing the button cover and pressing the button a few times with no success not realising that the BUTTON on the camera cable had a UP. DOWN. LEFT and RIGHT function not just button press. This I found out after replacing with the new camera and testing the old one and READING THE INSTRUCTIONS and finding out that the (old) camera still worked after toggling this switch, so now have a spare one
