All pure egg yolk
I bought this dried egg during lockdown. I made a lot of omelettes and scrambled eggs. It is a different taste from fresh eggs but not repulsive. I actually quite like it. I remember it came in very good packaging, resealable. Good for substituting eggs in cake mix. You get just the dried yolk, not the whole egg. I thought the quality was excellent, so much so, that I made repeat purchases.

Very Useful
Bought these as a replacement for fresh eggs. First order got lost, a second was sent and arrived, so no complaints there. Tried them as scrambled eggs, added in a bit of milk and a knob of butter. I left them to sit for a bit in a water and milk. They looked exactly like scrambled eggs and more or less tasted just like fresh egg scrambled eggs [ I heard horror stories of powdered eggs in the army, things have moved on] I'll have no qualms about using these in baking and it's a very useful subsitute for fresh eggs if you can't get them. Very impressed with their communication and customer service.

Good product
I found this very easy to use and the outcome was good for scrambled eggs and it smelled eggy and set solid too in the pan's corners leaving me with the same old scrub situation as regular eggs - which actually I was happy about as it proved just how well this performs as regular eggs. I would say though, that perhaps for scrambled eggs milk - possibly semi-skimmed or a milk/water mix might perform better than water alone as there was some watery residue - possibly my fault for putting too much water to not enough egg. Overall it's easy-use and so much less hassle than all the mess and yuk you get with regular eggs.

VERSATILE POWDERED EGG
I used to find powdered egg in the supermarket, but they stopped selling it years ago. I was so pleased to find it here. In cooking it can be used almost anywhere that you would use fresh eggs. Living alone I cannot always use up six fresh eggs myself, so end up throwing one or two away, which is a waste. OK, you want fresh eggs for fried, poached or boiled, but how often would you normally have them? Powdered egg makes wonderful cakes. You just have to remember to add extra liquid to replace fresh egg.

Smells fishy
Hmmm … Haven’t made a cake, but think it would be ok. I made scrambled eggs and they looked great, but tasted of fish! Apparently it is the omega three in eggs that does this. I am allergic to both fish and eggs, so not a great result for me. However, I won’t be beaten , and have today purchased Himalayan black salt, which amazingly tastes just like eggs! Next time I am gonna try it with a heavy dose of this product! Watch this space 🤣

Worked well
Like a few people on the comments section this was delivered later than expected (5 days). I’m assuming this was due to the current situation. Regarding the product itself so far I’ve only used it for scrambled eggs and omelette. The taste and texture were very good and like what I’d expect from fresh eggs. I followed the quantities quoted by another customer in the comments section - 1 egg = 11g powder + 33g water - and scaled up as required. This worked well. All in all I recommend this product.

Useful staple to have in pantry
We bought during lockdown because of a difficulty of getting fresh eggs. Since then we've been able to get eggs without a problem, typically! However I've used it for things like adding a tablespoon (measuring spoon, not soup/dessert spoon) to bread roll mix (the type you just add water) and it improves the flavour tremendously. My only complaint would be that it doesn't tell you how much 1 egg is!! We've sort of guessed it to be about 1 tablespoon-ish.
