Possibly effective but gave an upset stomach for me.
This product may be gentle for some peoples gastric system but for me it made my stomach upset with the symptoms that go with it.Im afraid however effective it could have been I had to dispose of it.

Delevered next day with prime, not your usual large lozenge shaped iron tablets, like an over sized round paracetamol, white easy to swallow no actual taste when swallowed with water, no after effects stomach wise or constipation, day after feel I have more energy and more alert, no issues good choice, come in 3 separate foil blister packs and cardboard container.
