The bike arrived damaged (these things happen) but the company could not have been better in how they handled it. They dispatched a replacement, while they arranged for a courier to collect the damaged one, and all happened on the date and time they’d given. Glad we stuck with this, as it’s very easily assembled, very sturdy, and with a seat rather than a saddle, very comfortable to use. We’d have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone else.

Dear Sir, I have asked you to return the old (faulty( bike as it is taking up a lot of space in my house. I cant find the link anymore on Amazon, and ask you to email me instead. I have also rang you but your call cut off after a few rings. Therefore I ask you to email me to tell me when you wanna collect the old bike or I may have to charge you for storage. You know who I am... My initials are kfk.

Well packed and arrived without damage. Easy to assemble with only one person and parts fit perfectly. Comfortable and quiet operation. Just what I was after for my home gym.

After receiving a bike where the front stabilizer did not fit due to a damaged piece, went through the hassle of returning it for a replacement. Not easy to box back up! No issue so far with the replacement. Not too difficult to assemble, though a bit fiddly in places and would recommend it as a two-person job. The build quality seems good. The bike is very quiet and smooth when in use. I would have liked some detailed instructions for the control panel. After a bit of time and thought it is possible to work out the basic uses but I'm not quite sure I'm using it to it's full effect or if it can do more. The iConsole app you are directed to use is awful. Low ratings on both Google Play and iOS App Store, and I can see why. On an iPad, it would not keep the account logged in so was practically unusable. Got it connected on an Android Tablet but the interface is clunky. Struggled to work out how to start a training routine such as those on the bike's physical console so gave up with the app.

Assembling this showed me just how unfit I am, it's no more featherweight than I am! Anyway, it's looking good, having passed all shakedown tests; if it goes wrong, I'll update my feedback. I'm only going to use the display, not the app which appears a bit disappointing. The display seems fit for purpose.

A bit of a fiddle to build but got there. A sort of rubbing noise from the flywheel area so phoned JLL and they promptly sent out a replacement Have been using the machine for over a year now and very happy with it
