Great taste with less fat, but the canola oil which is used actually enhances the taste. Also these Cape Cod Reduced Fat chips have less salt than other reduced fat chips we have tried, which is good for people who wish to restrict their salt intake but still want to enjoy having potato chips. The crispy texture of these kettle-cooked chips is another bonus and Cape Cod manage to accomplish that without the chips having a somewhat overcooked appearance and taste which typifies some other kettle-cooked chips which we have tried.
