It broke the first five minutes.
It did not come with any instructions. trying to unclip it to extend it as shown in the video and it twisted into itself somehow knotting inside and then became useless. Total waste of money, idea is cool but fails in practical application.

Stay away from this item!!
Within 15mins of this package being opened my 12yr old son was bleeding and the shaft was broken! The staff is made out of a thin metal, so when you go to return the extended staff to its compactable size you slice your fingers pushing it together. Once we finally got it small again he wanted to practice opening it, which he did, but something went wrong and it would not hold it's length. Instead it turned into a sharp looking candy cane! Needless to say he was extremely disappointed with his find!

Great Fun Toy
I loved this product. I showed my family how to use it and everybody loved it. It was a great way to entertain them and kept them busy for a while.

total garbage, very sharp and uncontrollable, not safe to have in the house.

Do not buy - the metal is somewhat of a sheet thin metal wrapped around like a party kazoo. You can slice your hand easily, my son wanted one so I ordered it, horrible product threw it in the trash as soon as I inspected it.
