Bloom CityOrganic Root Stimulant, Salmon and Kelp Formula, Rich with Microbes and Mycorrhizae, Quart (32 oz)

The first time I bought this product, I had also bought another product by Bloom City (The Seaweed/Kelp Fertilizer) as well as a few other fertilizers. I saw great results in my vegetable garden, but realized that this didn’t prove the Root Fertilizer’s efficacy due to using multiple products at the same time. So as a second run I bought 3 products by Bloom City but only used the Root Fertilizer on my houseplants.I didn’t notice any difference in plant health/quality or root growth during the first week. But almost overnight, a week after using this product, I noticed not only fresh hyphae root growth, but also plant growth and deep green leaves for plants that seemed to have stayed the same size and looked unhealthy for a year or more.Anyway, this was extremely user friendly, lacks any odor making it perfect for indoor as well as outdoor plants, albeit, a bit expensive for the quantity provided. But overall, if you can afford it, it’s well worth the extra cost.

Update: Working in a microbiology laboratory, I decided to use my resources to see if the bacteria listed in this product were in fact present and alive. I’ll attach a picture of what grew when I tested this root fertilizer. Very pleased with the outcome and found most of the Bacillus species listed on the bottle!My plants have been loving this stuff! The smell isn’t great but isn’t the worst I’ve used. The only downfall is the cap on mine is a little faulty. It won’t actually completely lock so it leaks if it flip the bottle upside down or shake it. Will purchase again just hope I get one that shuts properly next time!

Good product, but a little too strong for my yard and vegetation. I think i'll stick to the epsom salt products that Bloom City sells now!

I just bought a few new plants for this year, tomato, jalapeno, and 3 blueberry plants. They all were small in those very small round pots but i transplanted into pots that were at least 5 gallon or bigger. I used this to stimulate root growth and overall growth of my fruit/vegetable plants. My jalapeno grew from like 8" tall to over 3ft tall with like 20 jalapenos already in 3 months. My tomato plant is growing small cherry tomatoes already as well. My blueberry plants grew at least double in size from frail small green plants about 6" long to multiple branches at least double that now over 12" long branches and looking healthy.You only need very little and i only have giving it for about 3 times now, so it works well. I use a large pitcher and mix like 2 table spoons and fill the pitcher and then pour on all my fruit/vegetable plants/trees and that's it, super easy to use. 5 stars.

The product arrived on time, well packed and in good shape. I have not used it yet but expect good results. I have grown cannabis when I lived in a recreational state, and I can force rocks to grow leaves. Very eager to try it on my 75 rose bushes. After all, its touted to increase bloom size and fragrance, something roses have in common with cannabis. This company needs to realize that plants are plants but until the laws changed, the incredible wisdom of cannabis growers was hidden from us. I will amend this review after use. Very pleased to have a product with triacontanol alcolhol in it. Roses are utter alcoholics and this is SOOOO much easier than 50 pounds of alfalfa meal.

Giving plants a good start and get good growth to maturity

Just got this, first time trying it, so far. I lost one plant but it may not have been from this. It rotted, which happens. However, I did harden the cutting and it had started to root. Then I used this fertilizer and it rotted a day later. I'm not contributing it to it as other cutting so far are doing okay. No significant improvement or growth, but it's only been a few weeks

Really like how this feeds plants. They've come back to life and look healthy. Before they were slow growing and thin. Much better now.
