Love this product! Great price point, professional quality. Takes a long time to straighten hip-length hair, but it’s sooooo worth it! I recommend buying 2-3 bottles this size for hip-length hair, depending on how thick your hair is. Mine is very thick, so I use all of 2 bottles and the better part of the third. I recommend washing with Lush’s Rehab (clarifying) shampoo prior to use of the keratin treatment. Shampooing 3-4 times BEFORE the treatment will strip your hair of any build up, and allow it to bond better. Don’t wash your hair afterwards for at least 3 or 4 days, and touch up straightening whenever needed! This usually keeps my hair board-straight for around a month, so slick it falls out of a clip!!! Then my natural waves will start to come through little by little, but they are much less frizzy than without treatment.

I wanted to give it a week or two before I left a review for this product. My hair was severely damaged from chemical processes and the humidity doesn't really help with how frizzy my hair gets. I followed the instructions on the bottle as closely as I could. My hair texture is the same, however my curls are more defined and I have a lot less flyaways. My only complaint is that you can kind of smell the chemicals when you wash your hair the first few times. But other than that I'm planning on incorporating this to my beauty routine. Another thing I would add is you definitely need a lot less hair products or products that are a bit lighter after you do this treatment.

So let me start with the pros: -This stuff really works. I have wild, out of control, frizzy, dry hair. I have tried ALL the treatments and leave-ins, but only 1% have every had any effect. -The smoothing, taming effect lasts for a few weeks (in my case). -My hair looks shinny, smooth, and silky. Now, here are the cons: -It will BURN your eyes. -It takes a lot of product for my above-shoulder length hair. Even with this larger bottle, I will be lucky to get 2 full uses out of it. -It is a VERY, VERY long process (hours-a day). Here is what I did: -The first time I used it I attempted to dry my hair like the instructions stated. When the heat was applied to the product in my hair it made my eyes water and sting so bad I had to continuously flush them. This lasted for hours. -Another reviewer stated she had left it on her hair for 24 hours before washing (even though it says you can wash right away), so I decided to do that as well. Even with the product in my hair (dried and flat-ironed) my hair looked pretty good (just the tiniest bit "greasy", but still fine to wear to work). -I washed at the end of the second day (so the product remained in my hair for 24 hours). I was amazed when I rinsed it out, washed, dried, and straightened. My hair was truly transformed! The effect lasted at 100% for the first week, 75% for the second week. 50% at the third week, and by the fourth week I knew it was time to apply again. -The second time I decided to not even bother trying to dry my hair after combing the product though (it burnt my eyes so much last time). After applying the product I went outside to reduce the fumes, and let my hair air dry. This took half the day and I slept on it -it was dry by the morning. My eyes were still a bit irritated, but not nearly as much as when I tried to dry it with the blow-dryer. Overall, it is pricy and time-consuming for the 3-4 weeks I get with each use, but the effect on my hair was so dramatic I decided it was worth it.

This product is bomb! It works and it really straighten your hair. You really have to follow the instruction. Downside is when you are ironing your hair, you need someone's help, and you have to do it outdoor or have to open your windows and doors because this stuff made a huge steam and it will hurt your eye

Does not actually straighten your hair. If you have curly or super wavy hair you hoped to tame, do not buy this, it's not gonna work to straighten your hair.

This product is truly incredible and has made me feel much more beautiful and confident!! After using this product my hair became sleek and shiny and easier to manage without being permanent. I have a curly hair texture (3C-4a) and it did not take away the curls 100%, but I noticed they were looser and less frizzy and easier to style. It also reduced my style time from 2 hours to 10-20 minutes. Over time your normal texture will start to return slowly with each wash, but so far it has lasted about 1 month before needing a touch up. To lengthen the treatment you can consider a sulfate free shampoo. Overall much better and cheaper than the salon keratin treatments. A few other things to note: if you have very thick or long hair you will need 2 bottles. Warning that this product will burn if you are in a poorly ventilated area, so please make sure you are by a window or fan when applying and use gloves. I also did notice some split ends that formed after using the product although they were not bad and I did not have too much breakage or other damage. Also budget at least a few hours as it takes a long time to dry your hair on cold setting.

This treatment worked on my hair. I have bra-length, frizzy hair with no real curl. The treatment keeps my hair frizz-free in the hot, humid, summer months. It is shiny also. Some fumes come off the product while it is flat ironed, so it must be done in a well-ventilated room. Also, it is impossible to dry the hair with the product on it using only cold air, so I needed to turn the dryer to a warmer, but not hot, setting and then finish it with cold air to close the cuticle. Flat ironing the hair is what really seals the product in. If your hair is colored it will lighten the color about 2 shades and you must wait 2 weeks to color it again. Overall, styling is much easier for several months after the treatment.

Doesn’t damage the hair and good results

So so toxic on your lungs . I couldn’t even go for bushings, just during applying on my hair I had to stop and wash . I felt my lungs and eyes are burning badly . It didn’t have any keratin inside . My tongue and eye are still burning. Why something without health Canada approval is sold on Amazon.ca
