perfect book, quick arrival

Arrived perfect. No damages, but took about a month to arrive.

I've only opened this book twice so far this semester and the pages have begun to fall out. The poor quality of this book is appalling for the price.

Text books are so expensive, and the minimum expectation is they arrive in mint condition. This book arrived with pages folded and creased in on each other, and dog eared. It looked like it had bern tossed in the box to start with (I wondered if we were posted a second hand book by mistake). Seeing as the text book was urgently needed it was too much trouble to manage a 4-6 week return-refund-repurchase process and it’s impossible to actually make a complaint to the seller, so begrudgingly we had to salvage what we had and take the financial hit.
