This is the best tasting cheese I’ve ever eaten. The marinade is perfect and every bite is delicious. Don’t get rid of the remaining marinade as it can be used in a number of ways. You cannot go wrong with this cheese. Buy it now!!!!!

To buy a smaller quantity at a time
This cheese is fantastic. I only wish that one could purchase a smaller quantity at a time. It does come in smaller oz.

When cheese is gone you can use the oil with bits of cheese as a dressing for salad or veggies!
I love the creamy texture and the distinctive herb flavors. Just a delicious treat.

Great cheese
Used to get this at the deli at V. Sattui winery in Napa. Don't get down there too often but last time we were there they didn't have it. Saw it at one of local Costcos (Tumwater, WA) and literally went ape s*#t. Have 4 plus one opened one in the refrigerator. $12+.
