I am a great fan of this product. I am been using it continuously for last 4 months. I will list all the benefits I gained out of it.1. This is pure organic stuff. There is no need to worry. It does work, as an anxious person it reduced my brain fog considerably and helped me achieve some important life goals in the three months I have been using it.However I feel it comes with significant side effects that make it important that this is should not be consumed daily and should come with a taper off plan.My side effects included waking up in the middle of sleep and heart palpitations.

This is my second order. I have used Himalaya and Dabur ashwagandha before, but this one is definitely much more potent than other ones. Very expensive but worth for the quality.Edit Feb 2021I am not sure if the quality of the product has changed. Last 2 bottles which I bought on Oct 2020 did not have the same stress reducing effect similar to the previously purchased ones.

I used it for 2 months and saw lot of benefits with weight loss. Normally i am lazy after working all day at office but not anymore, And i have unbelievable strength when it comes to weight lifting at the gym.My stress and anxiety was under control which led to good sleep. Its good for your libido too i guess since i used to get turned on.

As said it starts to show result after 3 weeks. It's now more than a month. I get a good sleep. But let me remind you. The price is exorbitant. You can purchase similar product of other brands with the same quality despite little lower in dosage but, does the same job at a reasonably priced.

A good product but not sure why the capsules are mixing with lactic content as KSM66 is purely vegan product. It helps to increase muscles and provides good sleep.

I never believed a tablet can do so much wonders in my life…yes ashwagandha is benificial to your health and has zero harm…and consuming it in a tablet form is a plus point which trulybasics provide and that too with KSM-66 form which is the purest one…so a big thumbs up for making this and will order one more from you guys❤️
