Very good!!
I love Jersey Shore and wanted to support, plus try something new! I have to say, the recipes in this book are great!! Vinny’s vegetarian chili was spot on!! I have already recommended this book to family and friends! I’m excited to try more dishes! These meals are quick and sooo easy!! Vinny! Continue to come out with more cookbooks! Maybe even one with you and Paula!

5 Stars, So Far
Almost all of these recipes not only sound good, but are easy to make and don't require a long list of ingredients. Also most of the recipes do not require any powders or various keto products to make. I've only made one recipe so far, but it was easy. And the thing is, I wasn't really expecting it to be super tasty (I don't know why for sure, but I just wasn't) and it actually turned out so good that I couldn't stop eating it (oops!) This book is written in a conversational tone, making it a laid-back, easy and relatable read. The recipes are dishes I would actually want to eat. Lots of Italian recipes. On the negative side, it doesn't have many food photos, which I always prefer because I think that beautiful photos of the finished dishes really brings them to life and makes me excited about making and trying them. But the few photos that are included are visually appealing and will make you hungry to try those recipes! I will update review after I've tried more recipes.

It’s so good, I bought 2!! Macros included!
I originally bought the first one as a Christmas present for my mom, but decided to take a peek at the recipes. Then I decided it wouldn’t hurt to try 1-2 recipes, then…10 recipes! I had to quickly order a new, fresh cookbook for my mom before Christmas. I made my grocery list from the next set of recipes I want to try! Also, each recipe includes the macros (how many calories and grams of fat, carbohydrates, and protein)! I love it! It is not just “cauliflower and mozzarella” recipes. It has many different flavors and I recommend this book! 😀

Interesting book on keto but I will not go that way, it is too extreme. as a diabetic I prefer to be on a diabetic low carb diet, much healthier, good recipes for both.

Great cookbook
I wanted to give this a whirl, as I am trying to shed more pounds in addition to cardio on my x32 I where I burn between 400-750 calories a day , eating better would shed even more . Things I love about this book most recipes are easy short in time . Things I hate a lot of items to purchase =a lot of money ( I don’t have Jersey Shore money like Vinny )I did make the tiramisu very very time consuming over an hr ( normally I make this in 20 minutes ). The lady fingers w/o the espresso soaked on them were bland and gross ( put them in the espresso powder coffee and wa la). Again a lot of work ! It only made two small overnight oat sized bowls not 4 as stated . It was delicious . Also made the Parmesan meatballs I used beef and not pork and they were delicious , very very easy . I will continue utilizing Vinnies book . I won’t ever have the body of the Keto Guido , but at least I can eat like he does and shed some more weight . I am at 133 want to be 115.

The Keto Guido Cookbook is Awesome!!!
I usually get my recipes online and have only invested in one other keto cookbook, but I am soooooo glad I ordered this!First off- the recipes look really good, and none of them appear complicated or time consuming. This is a keto cookbook for regular people. Most recipes make enough to feed 4, so as Vinny states, there will be plenty of leftovers if you don't want to cook every night.Another great thing is that this book is not full of dishes that are trying to be keto versions of non-keto foods. There is pizza, and desserts that are modified to be keto, but for the most part these are recipes that are Mediterranean inspired and healthy.This book is written for people who are relatively unskilled in the kitchen which is also nice. Vinny makes suggestions about kitchen tools and appliances that you may want to get (I really need a one of those zucchini noodle thingies) and also gives notes on how you may want to use an air fryer (I'm addicted to mine) to add crispness to things like chicken wings.One of the really cool things about this book for me as a Jersey Shore fan, is Vinny's commentary and the intro by Paola. I really didn't expect to read a cookbook cover to cover, but it's very engaging and I ended up doing just that. Paola is my idol- though I'm nowhere near the cook she is, I do dote on my son. Vinny's comments are witty and charming, and if you are a Jersey Shore fan, you will find yourself reading them in his voice. I honestly burst out laughing at a comment on page 192-(no wonder Pauly D married him!-jk) If you want to know what it says you'll have to buy the book!If you want a collection of really great, simple keto recipes, this is a great buy. I can't wait to try them all!

I'm Guido Again!!!!
When I decided to go on the Keto diet, I thought "Madona mia, am I even still Italian?" What does an Italian even eat if they can't eat bread and pasta? Well, let me just say that this book helped me keep my sanity and I feel like a guido again. My wife made meatballs the other day that tasted like the ones I ate when I was a kid, but totally Keto-friendly. Every recipe that we've tried so far has been absolutely amazing. Not to mention there's a recipe for Tiramisu, which is HANDS DOWN my favorite dessert. With the onset of several health conditions that I had, I felt like it was an either-or scenario where I either had to change my diet and possibly get better or eat Italian and possibly die. I'm not exaggerating I was having severe issues with my liver and had tested for auto-immune hepatitis which I've read there is no cure for. After reading the article in this book by Karissa Long, it motivated me to remain consistent and stick to the Keto diet. Within a couple of months, my results had improved. This book has been a major motivator and one of the reason's my family is doing better today. I definitely recommend it. Also, I would add that this is not medical advice and I'm not a doctor, so you should not take it as such. I recommend talking to your doctor before starting Keto or any other diet.

Easy yummy recipes, but not new like ordered.
Not a new book like ordered. There are stains on the sides of the pages and some of the pages were dog earred before.

Easy read that gives so much motivation
This book is written in Vinny’s voice, so if you are a fan of him personally, you will appreciate the humour mixed in with the advice that he gives. I love that the book is a straight forward and easy read. The recipes are great! I have already tried three and they were delicious!

I gave this as a gift to a beloved keto friend. He loves it! The recipes are delicious, italian and creative. If you're keto, or even if you are not, this book contains healthy and delicious recipes!

Very informative and inspiring. Recipes are not difficult or far out there. Easy to comprehend and follow.

Easy to use, ingredients are easy to find, and this book comes with planning guide, ingredient list, tips, pictures, and it’s fun to read as it is from his perspective! I’ve always been a Vinny fan, now I am even more!
