This was supposed to be a gift for my husband's birthday, so I didn't even bother opening the box until today. The Pam Beesly Funko Pop was there... But instead of Michael Scott holding his Best Boss mug, it was this guy! I don't even know who Roland is! My husband was so confused about his gift, so I pulled this up to show him who was supposed to be in the box. Now I don't know what to do. Edit: got in touch with Amazon customer service and they sent me the Michael Scott Funko Pop. It was annoying to have to return the wrong Pop they sent, just one more hassle. But now that we have the correct Pop, we're happy campers. And it's exactly the quality you would expect.
